Important Announcement: Extension of Research Letter deadline to July 1st, 2019

At the last AESJ annual meeting 2019 at Tokyo University, the deadline of Research Letter for JJAE was announced incorrectly by a distributed document to the conference presenters as July 1st, 2018 instead of May 10th, 2019.
As a result, we decided to extend the deadline of Research Letter/JJAE to* July 1st, 2019*.
Except the date of deadline, all other conditions remain the same.
We sincerely apologize this mistake and inconveniences caused to the conference presenters and hope to receive many submissions.
